Mike Veronesi

Mr. Veronesi has over 13 years of Human Resource, Recruiting, Sales, and Management experience in companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 organizations. Considered a strong trainer and presenter in many areas of HR and Recruiting, Mike possesses a strong history of assessing, developing, and implementing recruiting and HR/Recruitment methodologies, polices and procedures.

As a founder, Mike’s experience has been paramount in the design, development, and success of TALENThire.com as well as building the internal team. With over 600 recruitment suppliers on the system, hiring companies enjoy a single point of billing as well as a single point for all contracts, while controlling recruiting costs and increasing their talent pool. TALENThire.com launched in November 2004 and experienced 600% growth in 2006 through a strong list of clients including Motorola, AOL, Publix, Cingular, Giant Foods, and Kraft Foods.

In his previous role as the Director of Human Resources at Budget Rent a Car, Mike’s team was responsible for Recruiting, Training, Payroll, Benefits, and Culture. Prior to Budget, Mike served in various recruitment consulting roles with organizations such as Peopleclick and Sentigy Network Solutions supporting large and small organizations including Tellabs, Marketworks and International Paper. In addition, he spent four years with Sprint ENS helping build their national recruitment domain.

Mike holds a B.S. Degree in Management (Human Resources) from Binghamton University in upstate NY. In Mike’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing and coaching baseball.
