Jeremy graduated in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University after which he joined NatWest working in marketing and HR, where he was responsible for the bank's fast track graduate programme. In 1993 he joined the international recruitment consultancy, Robert Walters, initially in the banking recruitment markets in the UK, before going to manage Robert Walters operations in Australia. He returned to London to become MD of Robert Walters Resourcing. After a year as a board director of the financial recruiters The Blomfield Group, Jeremy set up Capital Consulting in 2000 in the firm belief that there was a better way to help clients build competitive advantage through more effective talent acquisition.
After graduating from Durham University with a degree in Geography, Marisa joined Mercury Communications on their graduate marketing management training programme. After several years at Mercury/Cable & Wireless she consolidated her IT marketing experience with roles at Nortel Networks and then Compaq Computer where she was Marketing Manager for the SMB Division. She moved to Robert Walters in 2000 where she was Marketing Manager for the UK, Continental Europe, the US and South Africa and also looked after marketing for the Resource Solutions and Interim Leaders brands. Marisa left Robert Walters in 2003 after the birth of her first daughter and set up a successful Marketing Consultancy before joining Capital Consulting in March 2005.
