Discussion Panel Member : How is the UK Online Recruitment Market developing?

Dan owns Broadbean Technology, the UK's largest multiple job posting and applicant tracking company which distributes in excess of 250,000 online job adverts every week to more than 600 job boards across the globe.

Broadbean acquired former market leader Castle Links in 2003 and scooped the 2004 ATSCo Award for Innovation. They have been finalists in a further 11 award categories since then, including 5 nominations at the Onrec Awards in March. Dan has been involved in the recruitment industry, both traditional and online, for 8 years and was a judge for this year’s National Online Recruitment Awards.
