Chandra Bodapati

Chandra Bodapati is the founder and CEO of eGrabber; a leading provider of data capture tools to process resumes and sales leads. eGrabber has over 100,000 users who rely on ResumeGrabber, ResumeFinder, AddressGrabber, ListGrabber and eMail Lead Grabber products.

Mr. Bodapati’s background with the recruiting industry also includes Co-Founding and operating a 3rd party contractor placement company for over 5 years. At its peak ProdEx had 6 recruiters and 100+ contractor’s billing. ProdEx was ranked # 201 in INC 500’s America’s fastest growing private company in 2001. In 2003, with first hand knowledge of challenges in running a recruiting business and a vision of where web-centric recruiting was heading, Bodapati exited the placement business to fully focus on developing solutions online recruiters would need and want in the future.

Prior to founding eGrabber in 1996, Bodapati founded CypherTech in 1991 and shipped the first business card scanner in USA. Prior to that, he spent 12+ years rapidly rising up the corporate ladder in R&D at IBM, Racal Vadic and DCA. Mr. Bodapati completed high school in England and moved to California where he received BSEE, MSEE & MBA. He is an inventor at heart with numerous US Patents in various fields.

Mr. Bodapati is passionate about the game of Cricket. When he is not working, he can be seen practicing Cricket at his home in Saratoga (CA) where he maintains a full length nets that includes a bowling machine.
