With 9 new team members joining throughout 2016, 6 new positions within the company have been created.
The most recent addition to our team, Mike Kilby, is Account Director for London and East Anglia. Most recently Mike was working as a National Account Manager for CV Library and has previously worked with the IT job board JobServe.
Emma Newns joins us as Account Director for the Midlands. With over 18 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Emma is no stranger to the flat fee model, having previously worked for Blue Octopus & The SmartList.
Back in May, Matt Wisniewski began his EasyWeb Career as Head of Sales. Matt’s experience comes from working with a number of UK wide job boards, including Monster, Fish4 and most recently, Reed. Speaking recently about the company’s growth, Matt said:
“By strengthening our team with experienced Account Directors based regionally, we’re able to offer an enriched and more personal service to our customers throughout the length and breadth of the UK. As part of this ongoing strategy I’m always open to approaches from anyone interested in working with EasyWeb.”
Another new recruit, Philippa Drage joins the company as Internal Account Manager, supporting our sales team at our offices based in Northamptonshire. Philippa’s predecessor, Jon Cox, moves into a newly created Internal Account Manager role within the Non-Profit division.
To continually improve the experience for our customers, Jamie Denny, who previously managed the recruitment team, has moved into the brand new position of ‘On-boarding Manager’, ensuring each new client’s journey is easy as possible.
New to the business, James Coote has taken on the position of Recruitment Manager. James previously led the recruitment team at Verify Europe Ltd, a company providing supply chain management into the aerospace and defence industry.
As our Applicant Tracking System continues to grow and evolve, we’ve also expanded our Technology team, welcoming Lee Braitwaite. As Technical support Co-ordinator, Lee helps to implement and support our ATS clients as well as test new features & roll outs.
On top of this growth we have two new team members set to join in August. We’re not finished there either… we’re still hiring for a number of roles across the business.
