James Shephard will be heading up the team responsible for ensuring that HCSS’ software solutions are tailored to customer needs. Easy to use and intuitive, the software portfolio is designed to give schools the edge when it comes to financial management and strategic planning.
James has over 12 years’ experience in the education sector both in and out of schools and fulfils voluntary roles as Chair of an infant school and Vice Chair of a secondary school. Prior to his role at HCSS Education, James was product manager at XMA Ltd and was responsible for ICT hardware implementation. Before this he worked as technical project manager for the firm Advanced Learning.
