Mini Gems found at Select28/07/2005 09:41:00The Mini Gems Scheme was launched in January 2004 at the Company’s annual conference and is part of Select’s reward and recognition programme. The mini is rewarded to those team members who achieve defined targets within a three year period. In essence, a mini is earned for "Going the Extra Mile" (GEM) in finding candidates work. Hence the mini-gem. Laura has certainly gone the extra mile. Since January 2004 she has recruited 556 people into local jobs in Swindon. This makes Laura Select’s highest performing recruitment consultant nationally. She was presented with her Mini today at an event at Cowley Manor, Cheltenham. attended by Select’s directors and her colleagues. The Company has already placed four further Minis on order as other consultants near their targets. Diane Martyn, managing director, Select Appointments, said; I am absolutely delighted that 18 months into the 3 year Mini Gems programme we are already rewarding our first winner. This is a true reflection of Laura’s achievement of finding so many people jobs in the Swindon area.
