A one size fits all approach to career transition fails to meet the needs of today’s workforce03/12/2008 09:42:00Paul Gerrett Paul has specialised in career coaching and talent management for over 10 years, building on a career in Human Resources and Learning and Development. Much of his career was in a corporate environment in telecommunications and with particular experience in a sales environment. Among his achievements, Paul has successfully implemented programmes in career management for high potential individuals, succession planning, graduate recruitment and development and performance management. Paul couples his facilitation and coaching skills with his experience and knowledge of recruitment and assessment and understanding of the business environment to provide practical career support. Alan began his outplacement career with British Coal Enterprise working on the pit closures in the Midlands where some 25,000 miners lost their jobs.
