Impressive Growth Fuels Team Expansion at Big fish Recruitment

Specialist marketing, advertising, PR and creative industries recruiter, Big fish Recruitment, has announced significant company growth with two key appointments to extend its expertise and reach across the marketing communications sector.

Moira Ballantine has been appointed as the firm’s first Business Development Manager to expand the agency’s in-house marketing recruitment proposition in Warwickshire and identify new strategic markets for the company.

Moria has more than 20 years’ experience of sales management at leading companies, including Argos and Newmans where she was both Sales Director and Sales Manager.

Commenting on her new role, Moira says: “I have joined Big fish Recruitment at a very exciting time. I’m looking forward to being at the heart of the company’s future expansion by developing new and existing business and honing the sales and consultancy skills of our team.”

Continuing the company’s expansion, Aimee Mann is the firm’s most recent recruit as Recruitment Consultant to the in-house marketing team.

Aimee joins Big fish from Stopgap, a London-based company specialising in marketing communications recruitment, where she was responsible for leading and growing the permanent and contract recruitment division over a number of years.

Aimee has successfully recruited for a number of leading FMCG and leisure brands including Thistle, Hilton Hotels, Alton Towers, Virgin Trains, Coca-Cola and Expedia.com, and has a wealth of experience in marketing and brand management, with a particular emphasis on health and beauty.
