At the six figure salary level, we find the market segment is more likely than any other to travel and work abroad as they go in search of new challenges and experiences in a new country. High salary earners and executives are increasingly utilising job sites evidenced by a recent survey by Harvey Nash, www.exec-appointments.com/images/articles/Executive%20Job%20Board%20Survey%202008.pdf showing that even CEO’s are successfully securing jobs through online job boards, with the trend set to increase. As a result, it makes sense to provide our advertisers (companies & agencies) and members (job seekers) with more global capabilities and coverage.
