Kenexa CareerTracker is a powerful automated system that will support Nakheel’s performance appraisal process, while encouraging individual and organizational development. Kenexa will also provide consulting services on industry best practices for the entire employee lifecycle as well as custom software implementations in Nakheel's Dubai location.
