One Recruitment Associates triumph at the Scottish Recruitment Awards 2008 winning the “Most Successful Newcomer Agency” award. The Awards are supported by Business Insider and the Daily Record; aim to recognise the exceptional achievement in the Scottish Recruitment Industry.

The leading edge innovation used by One Recruitment helped them triumph in the Newcomers category.
The Lanarkshire based consultancy became the first in the UK to offer online interviewing to enable clients to see first-stage interviews with candidates, saving a considerable amount of time in the recruitment process.
"They are doing some very interesting things and are definitely one to watch for the future," commented one of the panel members.
