SuccessFactors Names Industry Heavyweights as Keynote Presenters for Global Users Conference

Sutton is a Professor of Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University, where he studies innovation, the links between knowledge and organizational action, and the workplace. He’s the author of The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn’t, along with three other books and more than 150 articles in publications such as Harvard Business Review and The McKinsey Quarterly.

Godfrey Sullivan: The Benefits of Executive Usage of Performance & Talent Management. Sullivan is the former president and CEO of Hyperion Solutions, which was acquired by Oracle in 2007 for $3.3B. An engaging leader, Sullivan built a culture of winning “the right way.” Hyperion was named one of the Best Places to Work by Fortune and one of the 100 Highest Integrity Companies by Forbes.

Peter Cappelli: The Results Achieved by Managing Talent On-Demand. Cappelli is a noted industry expert, serving as professor of management at The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and director of Wharton School Center for Human Resources. Cappelli will discuss strategies that employers should consider in developing, managing and maximizing talent, and share concepts from his upcoming book, Talent on Demand, which examines talent management through a radical new lens.
