Eighteen months of global research with over 21,000 employees in transition has inspired Right Management to launch a radical new approach to outplacement called RightChoice.
RightChoice is an innovative service that enables companies to provide employees with an unprecedented level of support during times of changes. At the same time, it allows companies to both enhance their competitive advantage in the marketplace and more deeply fulfil their commitment to social responsibility by supporting employees in transition right through to success.
RightChoice sets a new industry standard for accountability in the outplacement process by:

RightChoice launches on Friday, 1 June 2007 with a webinar event that will examine the choices available to the 21st century workforce. The webinar will be hosted by Richard Worsley, Director of The Tomorrow Project, a registered charity that helps individuals and organisations think and learn about the future of people’s lives.
