Ceridian gains the TRG Advantage

In a clear indication of future strategic direction Ceridian, one of the largest providers of human resource services in the world, has acquired the intellectual property rights from TRG Advantage (TRG), based in Hamilton, for its suite of on- demand, human capital management solutions. As part of this transaction, the entire technical team responsible for the creation will also transfer to Ceridian, ensuring continuity of development.

The online solutions purchased will be integrated with existing Ceridian technologies and services to provide small, medium and growing businesses in the UK with access to the same efficiency and innovation in HR and payroll that larger organisations already enjoy. Ceridian will also further enhance its talent acquisition offering to mid-market and corporate clients, helping them make hiring more effective through a combination of service and technology options, powered by TRG’s leading internet based e-Recruitment suite.

David Woodward, chief information officer for Ceridian in the UK, said:
