This capital supports the growth and development of expressHR’s market-leading Vendor Management System and Online Timesheet solutions, currently used by companies such as Manpower, Pertemps and Eden Brown. The funding will also be used to launch new products designed to expand Voyager’s recruitment agency software portfolio. Nick specializes in building technology businesses and is an entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in the sector. He has held senior management positions for over 17 years and was most recently founder and CEO of pioneering internet security company Prevx, taking the company from start-up to sale in just four years. Prior to this Nick founded and ran business advisory firm Clarity International, which worked with high-growth technology vendors and service providers across the US and Europe and was sold in 2000. Working with Nick as non-executive Chairman is Sven Skarendahl. Sven is currently chairman of LBI, Europe’s leading digital media agency with over 1,400 employees, which is quoted on the Stockholm and Amsterdam exchanges. He also holds a number of non-executive board posts, including quoted firm Nordnet AB and Libertas Capital PLC.
