A big domain name is entering the niche job boards market this month. In October Martin Rushe, the Anglo-Australian internet entrepreneur, will launch web.co.uk, a jobsite exclusively for web and internet professionals. “There are lots of job sites out there but it’s still an underdeveloped market for people who really understand their niche,” says Rushe. “We’re interested solely and exclusively in those difficult to reach professionals that live and breathe internet. The new economy is crying out for great skills in this area and we believe the UK has some of the best in the world.”

Rushe and his team have been developing web.co.uk for 2-years and now the site is ready to launch with special packages for ‘early adopter’ employers and recruiters. ”It’s a unique space,” says Rushe of the web and internet professionals market. “It’s dynamic and evolving. The experts who operate in this market expect an expert service. That’s what we want to provide.”
