DNV is an internationally renowned certification body offering the latest industry recognised management system certifications. Established in 1864, DNV has become one of the most trusted standard providers in risk management.
SHL’s core product has recently received the DNV certificate in Norway, demonstrating that OPQ 32i meets the requirements of excellence set up by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations in their model for the description and evaluation of psychological tests (2005). The evaluation process was carried out according to ISO standard 45011 (for product certification).
The OPQ 32i is a personality questionnaire which assesses personality at work and it is used by over 5500 companies from all around the world for recruitment and development. In the market since 1984, it has become one of the most widely used occupational psychometric tools worldwide.
Available in online, PC, and paper and pencil format, the OPQ 32i can be presented in 28 languages, which makes it a truly global tool. Global organisations can assess many hundreds of applicants wherever they are in the world using the Internet. Over 4 million OPQs have been administered online in the past four years.
