Carve Consulting, the B2B and B2E social media strategy practice, and ThirtyThree, the UK’s largest independent employment marketing agency, are joining forces under a new partnership agreement to offer clients a fully integrated approach to internal and external employee marketing and communications across digital and social media platforms.

Under the arrangement Carve will work exclusively with ThirtyThree in the recruitment sector while continuing to operate independently with their corporate and marketing clients. The strategic partnership meets the increasing need for enterprises to manage their reputations in social networks and leverage employee empowerment and advocacy.

Paul Harrison, Managing Partner at Carve Consulting, who have advised the likes of Lloyd’s Register and VisitBritain, commented: “We’re delighted to be associated with ThirtyThree. Our partnership with ThirtyThree illustrates their belief in the importance of social media and its commercial potential in the years ahead. Their expertise in employee communications dovetails to our strategic social networking capabilities. As organisations increasingly seek to realise the value of engaged and empowered employees – enhancing productivity, sales, customer service, recruitment and beyond- this partnership will be uniquely positioned to support them.

Andrew Young, Chairman of ThirtyThree, whose clients include RBS, The National Trust, Merck and Starbucks, added: “This deal accelerates the development of our capabilities in a fast evolving area of recruitment. Carve bring real focus and thought leadership to the party. We’ve been working informally with them for a couple of years, so this is a logical next step. As always, we want to make sure our clients have access to the very best advice and expertise in the market and we’re open minded about how that can be achieved. Carve have built a great reputation as a social media boutique and hopefully our financial support and market profile will help take their business to the next level”
