With customers ranging from global agencies to niche players, the company strategy is to work exclusively with agencies (as opposed to posting jobs directly from recruiters), and is now the only major jobsite to do so.

Despite the economic downturn, PlanetRecruit is moving forward with a programme of service improvements in response to growing customer demand. Enhancements include major investment in the technical infrastructure, improvements to site facilities for users, and organisational changes that enable the company to stay even closer to its customers. A new suite of products, with options that agencies can choose from according to their need, is being launched.
