TV vacancies with Adecco

The Job Channel (www.jobchannel.tv), an online jobs database for digital television and the Internet, has the recruitment agency - Adecco - to its interactive digital television service in an exclusive agreement. Adecco is one of a growing list of leading agencies recognising the potential of iDTV to reach the jobseeking public.

With over 200 branches in the UK and Republic of Ireland (5,000 worldwide), Adecco will be advertising tens of thousands of UK vacancies on The Job Channel at any given time.

Michael Deeny, chairman of MultiMedia Television, the company that operates The Job Channel, commented: Adecco is a leader in their field and as a global company they recognise the need to exploit all new channels to reach the employment market. Interactive digital television and the Internet are rapidly emerging as the primary mass recruitment media. Those agencies failing to form partnerships within these arenas will lose market share.
