Telegraph.co.uk has unveiled jobs.telegraph.co.uk, its new digital channel dedicated to recruitment, jobs and employment news.

jobs.telegraph.co.uk, with its wide range of job listings, personalised job searches, email alert service and an ëemail to a friendí facility, aims to be the online destination for those looking to change career.

The new channel will allow users to search for their ideal post by four different methods - Quick Search, Advanced, By Employer and Matrix*. And users can benefit from the siteís unique Jobs Ticker - an electronic ticker tape which proactively targets jobs and users as soon as they enter the site, based on registration information.

In addition to providing access to thousands of job listings across all industry sectors, jobs.telegraph.co.uk will cater for senior professionals through its sub-site Businessfile.co.uk, featuring appointments aimed at senior management and director level, offering salaries in excess of 55,000.

Christopher Lloyd, head of jobs.telegraph.co.uk said: ìWe have concentrated on providing a site that allows job hunters to find vacancies quickly, easily and accurately. The various different ways of searching will benefit both jobseekers and employers by improving the quality of the search process. We are now able to offer a complete online and offline recruiting solution.î

Going forward the site will expand to include Working World, a section which will provide analysis on the current job market, including special reports on specific sectors, salary surveys, tax advice and information on a broad range of work-related issues such as company cars and interim management.
