Talent Q, a Gold level member of Oracle® PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of Talent Q Assessment Systems (Version 2.5.1.3) with Oracle Talent Management Cloud. This is a significant milestone as it means that organisations can not only benefit from the efficiencies of running their recruitment process online via Oracle Talent Management Cloud, they can also bring rigour and objectivity to their recruitment decisions using Talent Q’s world-class assessments.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. The Talent Q Assessments Systems integration is a multi-phased assessment service allowing clients to flexibly embed Talent Q assessment into their recruitment workflow. The service can be configured for results-based sequential screening and assessment as part of the Candidate Selection Workflow within Oracle Talent Management Cloud.
