Swanstaff recruitment has been shortlisted for two awards at the IRP Awards 2015 – featuring in the Best Company to Work for category and Leader of the Year Category for MD Stephen Rogers.
Now in its seventh year, the IRP Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), providing an opportunity to celebrate excellence in recruitment, recognise individual and corporate success and promote best practice and professionalism across the industry.
There are 20 awards up for grabs, including the Lifetime Achievement and Recruitment Company of the year award.
Swanstaff Recruitment are a fast growing agency who have opened 6 branches this year alone, and plan to grow from their 20 existing branches to 100 by 2023. They have been recognised in the Times 100 Best Companies list and as Gold Standard Investors in People. Stephen Rogers, who founded the company in 1997 and continues to run it on a day to day basis, won Entrepreneur of the Year at the Kent Excellence in Business Awards in June.

The winners of the IRP Awards 2015 will be announced at a ceremony in London on Wednesday 9 December.
