Kim Davis, President/CEO announced Susan Cooksey has joined DreamJobs as Senior Vice President of Workforce Strategies. DreamJobs is a national, premier provider of nontraditional recruitment services] with headquarters in Toledo, Ohio. DreamJobs was founded specifically to provide the market with scalable, customized solutions including Project RPO and Scalable Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), OnDemand Candidate Search services (professional recruitment), Right2Hire programs (high volume hourly hiring solutions), and Professional Contract Staffing services.
Susan will join the DreamJobs family to lead the Client Strategies Group, reporting to Kim Davis. She will work closely with Mike Dachenhaus, Executive Vice President and DreamJobs Partner who leads our world class candidate research and our proprietary talent acquisition technology areas and Chadd Dehn, EVP and Dream Jobs Partner who leads our RPO practices.
