Staffordshire based recruitment software provider, Recruitive, is looking to significantly increase its head count thanks to an increase in demand for its cloud based software technology.
Recruitive provides both in-house recruiters, and recruitment agencies, with software that is designed to make the recruitment process more efficient and cost effective; helping to cut down on the time it takes to distribute job vacancy adverts, and the manual process of sifting through thousands of CV’s.
Currently employing 26 staff, the company is looking to recruit a further 12 employees within the next 12 months. Managing Director, Richard Clarke comments: “It gives me great pleasure to provide the local community with some really exciting career opportunities and I look forward to adding to the fantastic team that we already have.”

Senior Web Developer, Conor Crutchley, is one local who is enjoying success at Recruitive. The 21 year old from Burntwood, who spent his university placement year at Recruitive, is now celebrating a First Class Degree with Honors in Multimedia Computing. Conor comments: “It has been a long four years of hard studying but the support I have received from Recruitive has been amazing. I am now looking forward to focusing on my career and putting everything I have learnt into practise.”
