The company scooped the Best Company to Work For (more than 250 employees) accolade at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards, held this week at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel.
It is the second time the recruiter – headquartered in Glasgow with offices across the UK – has won the sought-after title.
The awards, hosted and awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, celebrate professional excellence and inspirational work carried out by the recruitment industry’s brightest stars.

Search was required to demonstrate excellence in vision and values, people development and engagement, engagement of employees in business strategy development, employee reward and recognition, skills development, measurement of employee satisfaction, and professional and ethical people management.
To scoop the award Search highlighted a range of its initiatives including on-the-job coaching, informal face-to-face briefings from its CEO, its dedicated Director for Training, health and wellbeing initiatives, employee incentive schemes, and its array of opportunities for employees to provide feedback and suggestions.
