Recruitment Revolution celebrates 10th anniversary with new improved candidate management system

The UK’s first online contingency recruitment agency rolls-out its new in-house candidate management interface with user-friendly features to improve client experience and reduce hiring time.

Recruitment Revolution is marking its tenth anniversary with a comprehensive update to its online management system which supports the delivery of its agency service, helping companies improve their hiring processes and facilitating collaborative working between agency, client and candidate.

The new client-facing web interface introduces a number of intuitive features to streamline workflows and reduce the time it takes clients to review, shortlist, interview and appoint candidates.

“The current market is candidate-driven, which means talented people aren’t available for long,” said Anna Taylor, director of Recruitment Revolution. “In addition to offering a fresher look, our new client portal can help clients manage the recruitment of high-quality candidates that we put-forward, even more quickly and efficiently than before, thanks to a host of exciting and useful new features.”

The new dashboard makes it quick and easy for clients to establish the status of all their on-going vacancies while a new notification feature now displays on-screen alerts when new candidates are submitted by the agency, when interviews are confirmed, feedback is provided by colleagues or when RR updates the client with information about candidates.

The system also now prompts users to look at new candidates, respond to messages, check interview schedules, and enables them to speed up communication by performing tasks in bulk.

The upgraded client management system is boosted further by an improved search function that makes it easier than ever before to access information, searching by vacancy title, reference number, or a candidate’s name.

“The newly improved management portal has taken inspiration from task-planning software and integrated social media-style notifications to bring the vital information clients need to the forefront in one easy-to-use space,” added Taylor. “Not only does it now facilitate quicker management of client vacancies; the portal also enables all stakeholders to add feedback on candidates with the addition of bespoke progress notes.”
