Recruitive Champions Diversity Programme

Recruitment software provider, Recruitive, has added Proud Employers to its panel of job boards in a bid to champion the importance of diversity within the work place.

Proud Employers is Stonewall’s LGBT-friendly job site featuring hundreds of roles. All the advertisers on the site recognise that people perform better when they can be themselves and that by creating diverse workforces, they’ll get the most from their staff.  Richard Mullen from Stonewall comments that “These employers work with Stonewall to support their LGBT staff and to create an environment where everyone can be comfortable bringing their whole selves to work.”

Anyone wishing to post jobs to the Proud Employers job board, will need to sign up to the Diversity Champions Programme run by Stonewall.  New members are entitled to five free listings, worth £500, to use within their first year of membership.
