The Internet Recruiters' Network and Association (IRNA) was formed in response to HR professionals demanding unbiased information relating to their online recruitment strategies. It will provide a neutral forum where members can receive, discuss and digest the jumble of material distributed by the different industry stakeholders.
The first e-cruitment event, which is taking place on March 13th to 16th, is a three-day conference providing a practical, structured approach to E-cruitment strategies beginning with establishing a website through to marketing and filtering methods.
