Radley James Limited, a specialist recruitment company within the financial and technology markets, has taken its first step to growing its global footprint and opened an office in Singapore just 4 years after opening its headquarters in London.

Radley James has appointed James Flitt as its Country Manager for the Singapore office. James is an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in client delivery and team management. James began his recruitment career for a company in London where he quickly rose through the ranks by managing some of the larger house accounts as well as developing new business. Following his consistent performance in London, James was tasked with relocating to Singapore, with the mandate of replicating the success in the London market, across Asia Pacific. Throughout his career James' focus has remained within the Financial Services where he has subsequently developed a strong client network coupled with an in-depth understanding of the sector. James has successfully delivered into investment banks, buy-side firms and software vendors, on positions ranging from junior analysts through to CIO level.

Paul Garrett, Managing Director, Radley James said, “I am thrilled that James has joined our management team. When we decided to open an office in Singapore I knew we had to have James on board. Having worked with James a number of years ago and seeing his career go from strength to strength, I am confident that he will be effective and produce the results we strive for in order to build a strong and established recruitment firm in Singapore. Over the next few months James will aggressively build out the Singapore and Asia Pacific presence whilst preserving our reputation and core values.”
