Leading assessment company Psychometric Services Ltd (PSL) have secured a lucrative deal with loss making Europe wide e-cruiter StepStone. PSL recently launched ASP solution JobSift and it is this flagship product that will be integrated into StepStones site. The addition of psychometric testing will upgrade StepStone's online offering adding another string to its bow.
Recruiters using StepStone's site will be able to define traits they are interested in, and quickly create a psychometric test to evaluate relevant candidates.
