Penna continues to grow its Recruitment Solutions business with three new hires

Penna, the global people management business, has announced three new hires to their Recruitment Solutions team, showing increased focus on commercial sector growth

Penna, the global people management business, has announced three new hires to their Recruitment Solutions team, showing increased focus on commercial sector growth.

Alice Hargreaves has been appointed as a Senior Client Partner. Having worked in recruitment communications for the past 13 years, Alice brings with her a wealth of experience. Alice has worked on big projects such as developing a new UK careers website for HSBC and launching a global EVP for Rolls-Royce, amongst others. Alice’s role at Penna will see her helping commercial clients with digital communications strategies, working on accounts such as John Lewis.

Speaking about her new role, Alice said: “I’m very excited about joining Penna and getting to work alongside some amazing talent. I’m looking forward to working on some great projects and being a part of the continued growth.”

Penna has also brought on board Trudi Churchward as a Senior Client Partner. Trudi has over 20 years of experience in recruitment marketing and resourcing across commercial, public and third sectors. Trudi will be leveraging her expertise to ensure Penna’s attraction, candidate management and delivery experts are using the best possible talent solutions for each situation to deliver quality candidates and successful outcomes for clients.

Commenting on her new role, Trudi said: “Talent retention is a big issue for businesses and I’m delighted to be playing a part in helping Penna clients secure great candidates and get successful results.”

Tara Twyman is Penna’s newest addition as Client Partner in the HE team, bringing with her extensive experience from both the recruitment and education marketing sectors. As an international business graduate from the University of Westminster, she started her career in graduate recruitment marketing working on both media and agency side. She then moved into a specialist education marketing agency role where she led the relationship with Universities at central and school level applying strategic planning for their student and staff recruitment needs, whilst also managing the agency’s delivery team.

Tara said: “I joined Penna as I wanted to be a part of the growth of the HE business, providing a strategic approach and giving direction to clients. I’m delighted to be joining the team.”
