International recruitment agency, the Opus Professional Services Group, has once again featured in Recruitment International’s annual Top 500 industry report placing at #204 above all of its comparable competitors.
Now in its 17th year, the Top 500 report lists 500 the top 80% of the global market of recruitment agencies by turnover, with a minimum turnover of £5 million. The report has grown since its initial founding as the Top 100, to the Top 250 and now the Top 500 for 2015.
The Opus Group’s main specialism lies in Information Technology; an industry which takes up nearly 30% of UK recruitment agency’s hiring focus. This year the Opus Group ranked in the Top 50 of IT & Telecoms hiring solutions, placing them in the top 2% of all UK Information Technology recruitment agencies.
With five international offices throughout the USA, Europe and APAC region, the Opus Group is committed to further expansion with additional offices to open throughout 2015 and 2016.
Despite the Opus Group’s primary focus on IT hiring solutions, which developed from its founding brand Opus Recruitment Solutions, the company continue to expand into other major markets including energy, risk and compliance, sustainability, senior appointments, financial services and RPO.
The Opus Group continues to drive its internal headcount to assist further growth and is on track to achieve their 2015 target turnover of £45 million.
Having increased their headcount by 55% between January 2015 and July 2015, the Opus Group seek to coach, train and develop new employees to ensure they are totally equipped to deliver excellence to all of its customs.
Furthermore, significant additional headcount growth is anticipated across the globe by the end of 2015. This will include significant hires across their international offices as well as key hires within their Bristol-based headquarters.
