odysseyzone.com, a provider of web-based people management services, has launched a French language version of fj360.com, its competency assessment tool.
fj360.com gives managers a straightforward and cost-effective way to manage 360 degree assessment. These programmes are designed to produce comprehensive, reliable information about employee competency and performance, but have been held back by the cost and complexity of implementation.
fj360.com replaces a paper-bound process with a web service that automates assessment without incurring incidental IT development or deployment costs.
The French language service has the same range of facilities as the English version from a free personal assessment tool to a full-blown process management solution suitable for the largest organisations.
The new version of the service, co-developed with French partner Arpege, is part of a broader commitment by odysseyzone.com to widen access to its services portfolio.
