Jobseekers and employers alike are set to benefit from a new website launched by specialist recruitment and selection firm Quantica plc, to speed up and enhance the recruitment process.
The Elland based firm has invested 100,000 into a new state of the art website, www.quantica.co.uk to reduce the processing times associated with recruitment.
Designed by Realtouch Design Limited, the site incorporates group-wide databasing, pooling information about vacancies, candidates and clients from five divisions and 17 offices nation-wide.
Candidates and clients logging onto the site can receive information tailored to meet the criteria they specify, reducing time wasted in inappropriate applications.
Candidates are able to produce vacancy lists according to job title, sector, location and salary requirements; construct their CV and apply online; speak directly to the consultant handling the vacancy and receive personalised e-alerts to new vacancies as they are received by Quantica. Clients are able to supply details of their vacancies directly to the site.
Since the new site was introduced on 2nd January, an average of 30 new candidates a day have registered their details in response to over 700 published vacancies now held on the site.
