The innovations, included in a major refresh of the technology’s user interface, help recruiting departments more efficiently communicate with headhunters, even when multiple positions are out to multiple agencies at a time. The new Bounty Wall provides an innovative forum for employers to communicate with several headhunters submitting candidates for a specific position. The new Candidate Wall provides a private channel for employers and headhunters to communicate about specific candidates being considered for any role.
