monster.com Launches Its First Pan-European Advertising Campain - 09/2000

The leading global career management portal invests $44 million in a highly creative multimedia campaign by Saatchi & Saatchi

Monster.com, the leading global online career management portal, has just unveiled the details of its new $44Million pan-European advertising campaign. Developed by advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi, the campaign will support the growth of Monsterís network of national career management sites across Europe through the adoption of an integrated pan-European communications approach and strategy.

The new advertising campaign is scheduled to hit Monsterís seven current European markets from mid-September; Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Spain and the UK, plus Italy, whose local site is due launch in the next few weeks. The campaign will comprise TV and movie theatre commercials, press and radio advertisements, posters and Internet banners.

Presenting the new campaign to the European media at Londonís exclusive Soho House, Monster.com Europe Managing Director Andrew Wilkinson commented: ìMonsterís career network is the largest in the world and our European sites are becoming an increasingly significant part of the overall picture.
