Monster have released the applicant tracking system (ATS) as an additional recsource for recruiters using Monsterís Office HR asp software.
The software could be used by anyone employing over 10 people a year but in order to make the monthly payments worthwhile (expected to be approx Euro 450 per month ) for the full Global HR system with applicant tracking, itís the larger corporates that will be the first in the queue.
The system benefits from Monsterís international parentage. Itís available in 11 different languages and as a result will appeal to companies with recruitment requirements in offices around the world.
The applicant tracking will monitor not just Monster generated candidates and their CV databse, but also candidates from advertising on other online recruitment sites, as well as other media.
Itís a shrewd move for Monster and a valuable tool for a recruiter, but it will take time for it to be adopted by SMEís.
