The enterprise application system offers recruiters a fully customisable online application, selection and response handling system. Working on an ASP model, it integrates fully with existing web resources, allowing recruiters to maintain a consistent look and feel within a seamless environment. The front-end can be fully configured so candidates can apply via a customised application form. The back-end management systems can be set up to match a recruiterís existing work flow processes. The system can automatically score applications, categorise candidates, track recruiter actions, manage response handling and produce live management reports. The small business package offers lower volume recruiters a simple tool to reduce the number of inappropriate applications. At its core the system asks candidates some multiple choice questions and ranks responses accordingly. The system then presents recruiters with appropriate applications which they can then deal with in the normal fashion.
