MBAmatch is pleased to announce that it has been granted preferred status by the Association of MBAs for online recruitment services to its 12,000 members.
MBAmatch is one of only three suppliers to be given this status todate. With over 12,000 members worldwide, all of whom have, or are currently studying for an MBA (Masters Degree in Business Administration) from an accredited business school, the Association of MBAs is keen to offer high quality value added career services.
MBAmatch has been providing recruiters with access to this pool of high quality executives for over two years. Approximately 60% of its candidate base of both active and passive candidates is currently employed in middle to senior management roles, having clear demonstrable achievements behind them. The majority have in excess of ten years experience under their belt and are employed across a wide range of disciplines and industries.
Whilst recognising that an MBA is not necessarily a firm predictor of managerial or leadership ability, Johann Diaz, CEO of MBAmatch believes that the corporate employer has a higher probability of finding the best person to carry the business forward from within this group.
