Kingsway to enhance online recruitment - 12/2001

Enhance Media offer solutions to Kingsway clients

Kingsway Advertising (www.kads.co.uk), whose clients include Bank of Scotland, Diesel, Greenpeace, Norton Rose, Thames Valley University and many of the countries top NHS Trusts, has announced that they are to extend their online recruitment services. The announcement coincides with an increased use of the Internet by recruiters and the need for an overall online recruitment strategy in the face of a crowded and constantly changing market place. Joint managing director Steve Kaufmann commented, ìWeíve seen an increasing number of clients experiment with online recruitment, but quite frankly with mixed success. We want to make sure that they make best use of every media resource available. Online recruitment has a vital role to play, and itís just one of the many areas in which we can help our clients with effective recruitment solutionsî. The new services will enable a more strategic approach to online recruitment and help clients make the most of the opportunities offered by new technologies.

Kingsway will be making these new services available through a partnership with the online recruitment specialists Enhance Media (www.enhancemedia.co.uk).

In addition to providing Kingsway with a comprehensive training programme, Enhance Media will work closely with Kingsway to provide clients with solutions to specific recruitment challenges. Tim Elkington of Enhance Media said, ìWeíre excited about the chance to work with Kingsway and look forward to making a real difference in terms of the solutions offered to clientsî.
