If you have a demonstrable track record of IT strategy in customer service offerings, supporting architecture and application modelling then Atom Bank would like to meet with you.
As Head of Solutions Delivery you will qualify opportunities, provide strategic advice and shape innovation to drive the business forward. Working with internal stakeholders you will ensure business requirements are defined, experts are engaged to review requirements and work streams are ready for the iteration. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing each of Atom’s partners to ensure maximum output, maximum efficiency and reduced costs (e.g. downtime, re-work).
The Lead Technical Architect is accountable for production of the technical assets that underpin Atom Bank’s Business Strategy. The role holder will research and design solution architectures that meet optimal delivery for immediate business needs whilst being adaptable and future proof. This role is key in the definition of the IT capabilities which will provide unrivalled customer experience in digital banking.
The Head of Service Delivery role encompass third party relationship management where you will oversee contractual agreements, SLA/OLA definition, infrastructure planning, capacity planning, configuration management, release management, incident management and IT disaster recovery.
