Irishjobs.ie, has unveiled details of its new online recruitment services. The website provides jobseekers with their own personal recruitment website within Irishjobs.ie called ëMy Career Managerí, which enables jobseekers to access the full range of jobseeking tools online but uniquely based on their individual criteria and lifestyle requirements.

My Career Manager enables jobseekers to develop a detailed spec for their ideal job and receive job alerts when new jobs that match their criteria are added to the site. Online CVs can be built in ten minutes and stored on the site for using to apply for jobs. Irishjobs.ieís broad library of career-related articles from salary surveys and interview tips to relocation information can also be tailored to jobseekersí individual preferences. My Career Manager has a built-in career tracker so jobseekers can see how many job applications they have made. Finally, jobseekers can now see a map of where their potential employer is, so they can even plan their future commute.

The expansion of the features and functionality of the site follows on from research of jobseekers and recruiters, which saw a demand for an increasing level of sophistication and more personalisation of the services that a recruitment website offers them. My Career Manager takes the information given by both jobseekers and recruiters to enable their requirements to be compared and contrasted to one another. There are over 2,000 different job roles on the site under 27 job categories.

What we now have is a site which is even more focused at matching jobseekers with job vacancies.
