Earlier this month IQ Tech were successful in securing their status as ‘exclusive supplier’ in the search for a new role in one of the UK’s major Tour Operators: Great Rail Journeys.
InterQuest division IQ Tech will be working closely with Great Rail Journeys, as they continue their recruitment to reflect their customer focused ethos, which aims to go beyond the customer facing roles, by maximising operational efficiency and quality across all areas of the organisation crucial to breaking into a series of new markets.
Great Rail Journeys’ Head Office in York houses over 130 employees who operate holiday sales in excess of £90m, alongside a team of over 300 self-employed tour managers based in various locations across the UK. Having recently been announced as Best Rail Operator at the 2014 Travel Weekly Global Travel Awards, Great Rail Journeys are currently focusing on a number of key projects and growth plans. IQ Tech are looking forward to working with Great Rail Journeys as they continue into what promises to be an exciting phase in their evolution, following on from their highly successful rebrand from RailSelect to Great Rail Independent in 2014, and the rebuild of their greatrail.com website after considerable user experience testing.
