IoD Launches Free Online Business Advice

A series of new factsheets will provide business leaders with practical
information

3rd July 2002: Today, the Institute of Directors announces the launch of a
series of business factsheets. The factsheets have been created to assist
directors on key issues and are available free through www.iod.com.

The factsheets cover topics including Corporate Governance, Business
Intelligence and Interim Management. They are designed to provide a clear
overview of the subject area and offer practical advice to directors and
decision-makers on key business topics.

The first addresses the subject of Interim Management and has been sponsored
by Executives Online, one of the UK''s leading online interim management
providers. It outlines the history of interim management, how an interim
executive can add value to a business, the process behind finding the right
interim manager for you and how to get the most out of the whole experience.
