Kenexa RecruiterTM automatically identifies the talent that best fits each specific job requirement. Features such as online candidate assessments of skills and behavioural preferences will pre-select candidates against the recruiting company's required skill set.
In addition to posting jobs on a company's own website, job openings can be posted to dozens of free Internet job boards as well as any fee-based services desired with one click. An Internet Spider can be used to actively search out CVs that match the search criteria specified by the recruiter.
As the system is available on an ASP basis, organisations of all sizes can tailor their usage to meet their own needs.
