Guardian Unlimited Jobs, part of the Guardian Unlimited network, has teamed up with Talent4Europe to provide employers and jobseekers with the first ever pan-European recruitment portal. Talent4Europe is a consortium of media-owners, all of whom are the leading recruitment advertisers in their country. The partnership, which is exclusive to Guardian Unlimited in the UK, gives users and advertisers access to the best jobs and the best talent in Europe.
This is the first time a group of European media owners have come together in the online recruitment market. In the UK it allows the Guardian Unlimited user to look beyond the Guardianís core recruitment strengths of media, education and public sector positions to over 40,000 opportunities Europe wide, as well as attracting jobseekers abroad to the thousands of quality jobs advertised in the Guardian.
Other key members of Talent4Europe include references.vacature.com in Belgium, the French CadresOnline.com, the German jobs.sueddeutsche.de, El Pais-Excoge in Spain, and ExpressoEmprego.pt in Portugal. The launch of Talent4Europe will also be supported in Europe by an international marketing campaign.
