Penna Plc, the global HR services group, has seen their Associate Director Yvonne Skingle crowned Best Executive Search Consultant of 2014 at this year’s Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards. The awards, which aims to recognise and honour the achievements of both individual recruiters and recruitment companies, is another big win for Penna’s Recruitment Solutions team.
Speaking about her win at the awards, which took place on Friday at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, Yvonne commented: “I am delighted to receive this accolade. I am extremely passionate about what I do at Penna, so to be voted and rewarded for my effort is a real honour. I look forward to working with our talented team in 2015 and will be striving to build on the successful results we have achieved this year.”
Penna’s Toni Hall was also highly commended in the category for Best Interim Consultant of 2014; further adding to her successful year, after picking up the title of Consultant of the Year at the recent Interim Management Association’s Award.
Both awards come in the same week as two big wins at the Firm Recruitment Awards where Penna won Best Careers Website for Aldi and Best Development of Employer Brand for London Borough of Haringey. For Aldi, Penna won for its work in helping the employer brand with their recruiting function and careers website. For the London Borough of Haringey, Penna helped to create clearly defined objectives to successfully develop the council’s brand throughout its recruitment lifecycle.
