Executives Online re-structures their ranks

Following its successful annual conference in Cologne, specialist interim management and executive recruitment company, Executives Online, has announced a number of organisational and operational changes in preparation for its next phase of strategic growth.

Andrew Nicholas, previously a Director at the company, now assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer, with James O’Brien, also previously a Director, taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer. Both Andrew and James were instrumental in leading the management buyout of the company in 2012, and have since been working together to drive the company forward.

In addition, Andrew MacAskill, previously Associate Director at Executives Online, has been promoted to Commercial Director, with new responsibilities including overseeing the UK Winchester based business, with its expert specialisms in finance, financial services, C-suite, private equity, human resources, interim management, procurement and manufacturing.

Andrew Nicholas said: “It is a privilege to be leading the company into the new financial year which promises to be very exciting. James and I have been working hard to shape the future of the company and the structure we now have in place builds upon the solid foundations we have already laid down for further development.

“Andrew MacAskill is a great asset to the company and under his direction the team at our Winchester head office is in great shape for growth.”

At the Cologne conference, the company also confirmed the formation of an Executives Online Global Council, comprising Stephan Aschenbrenner, Patric Kistner, Edwin Glas, Alison Hassan, Andrew MacAskill, Paul Barron, Linda Burton, James O’Brien and Andrew Nicholas. Moving forward, the Council will provide the framework for co-ordinating the implementation of the company’s strategic development programme.
